1. When can I ? 
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the minimum order quantity.

3. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
PDF, Core Draw, high resolution JPG.

4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional design team. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to finish your real samples. .If you have some designs. Please send us your images; we can finish design for confirmation.

 5. Custom Labels, Badges or Embroidery facility is available?

       Yes above mentioned facilities are available with minor charges.

 6. Can you do the OEM and MOQ order?

      Yes we accept.

 7. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charges and send us confirmation, the samples will be ready for delivery within 5-10 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and will be delivering within 4-7 days.

Can we have free samples? 

Every day we are receiving number of inquiries from all over the world. So we are restricted to supply the samples only against payment. We prefer you to give us your courier Account no, If you do not want to pay freight charges. This strategy is only for our new customers, for our regular customers we are providing the samples free of any cost.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver.
